US Shipping Time Estimates

Custom Printed Shirts (Made In the USA): Please note that these are custom made shirts and will be printed once it's ordered. Please allow 5-6 business days (off peak months) to 9 to 12 business days (peak months) for processing, printing and getting ready to ship. Tracking available once shipped.

Custom Shoes: Due to custom nature of this order, please allow a 5-10 day processing period, which consists of print design, manufacturing, inspection and ready for shipment. Estimated delivery time is 3 to 4 weeks (with tracking)

Custom Jewelry (Made In the USA): 7-10 days.

Canvas Wall Art: Due to custom nature of this order, please allow a 10-15 day processing period, which consists of print design, manufacturing, inspection and ready for shipment. Estimated delivery time is 3 to 4 weeks (with tracking)

Custom Phone Wallets and Watches: 2-3 Weeks

Other Products, including our sales promotions and jewelry made outside of the USA: 2 to 3 weeks

Q. How Do I Deal with Returns or Exchanges?

A: Please email us at koa21online@gmail.com and let us know what the problem is! We will work together to make sure we correct the issue and make sure you are satisfied with your purchase!

To speed things up, make sure you have a picture of any defects or damage to the product, a short description of the exact issue, your name, email address used to purchase the product, and the order ID, if you have it. 

If a refund is required, we will process a refund for the original price of the product as soon as possible. Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to process once we have issued them. If you would like an exchange, please make sure you include payment information for return shipping. (Either an email linked to PayPal or card information).

Q: How Do I Cancel My Order?

We know sometimes we can make a mistake ordering the wrong product, wrong size or things just get in the way. That's why we allow 24 hours to cancel an order. After that, all products are sent into the processing and manufacturing process and can't be stopped. 

Q: You Made a Mistake On My Order

A: We are very sorry, and fortunately, it doesn’t happen often. Email koa21online@gmail.com and we’ll work with you to make it right. Often, this simply require that you send us a pic or screenshot of our error so we can a)verify your claim, and b)call you to correct it.

Q: I ordered 2+ items, but only received one… where’s my order?

We have a large assortment of products not stocked in house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way :)

Q: I ordered the wrong sized shoes. What can I do? 

If you require another sized shoe, we will process a one-time free exchange for you. Please note the following rules pertaining to this:

  • Refunds will not be issued for sizing disputes, only exchanges are allowed.
  • Free Exchanges will only be allowed once per shoe order.
  • Size exchange requests that differ by more than 2 sizes from the original size ordered will be considered a customer-input error and will not be eligible for exchange

Q: Can I Get Refund On Free + Shipping Offers?

Note: Free Offers/Giveaways - Any "Free + Shipping" offers must be canceled within 24 hours of your order. Free items are non-refundable once shipped.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
